Meet your chef/instructor and head to the market to learn about local ingredients, spices, and haggling techniques.
10:30 AM: Preparation & Hands-On Cooking
Return to the professional kitchen in a beautiful riad. Learn proper preparation, chopping, and the layering of flavors for traditional Tagine and side dishes.
1:30 PM: Enjoy the Feast!
Sit down with your group to savor the freshly prepared meal, accompanied by Moroccan mint tea.
